Those of you who have been following me for a while know how much I love throwing parties. I recently had my friends over for an intimate Girls Night In Galentine’s Celebration. When I did this with just a couple of friends a while back, it was a hit, and this year I decided to step it up a notch by serving a ultra-instagram worthy pink raspberry sorbet champagne with a glittery ‘love bomb’ surprise. What better way to celebrate the power of love and friendship than a tasty, shimmering drink? Here’s how I made it.
You’ll need…
Raspberries
Raspberry Sorbet
Champagne, Sparkling Wine or Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Beverage
Cotton Candy
Watch me make this cocktail!
If you’re serving this drink you’ll want to prepare the love bombs ahead of time. To do this, I flattened out pieces of cotton candy, poured edible glitter in the center, and folded the cotton candy over itself to create a self-contained ball. Be careful- This gets messy!! I recommend wearing gloves!
Then, I prepped the glasses by adding a small handful of fresh raspberries. I also scooped a generous amount of raspberry sorbet in each glass. I used Talenti’s Raspberry Sorbetto, but any pink sorbet will work.

Lastly is your choice of pink bubbly. You can make this non-alcoholic by using cider, soda, or any other bubbly drink of your choice. I used prosecco, but rose, moscato, or any pink hued sparkling wine or champagne will also work. I served my cocktails in my favorite long stemmed wine glasses.
Then, to bring it all together, have your guests drop in their own love bomb and get ready for the surprise! Stir or swirl your drink for the best results and reactions from your guests.
Happy Galentines!!
I'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
